John Bell Elected as Member of National Board

Immediate past Chapter President, John Bell, has been elected to the ABOTA National Board, replacing Kevin Martin, who served with distinction on the board for many years.  John joins Nick Motherway, who was re-elected to a fourth three year term on the Board earlier this year.
