Justice Gallagher Law Day Speaker

Justice Michael T. Gallagher of the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court will be the guest speaker at  the Illinois Chapter’s annual Law Day Luncheon on April  30, 2010, which will be held in the Millennium  Room of the University Club, 76 E. Monroe, Chicago, between 12 noon and 2 p.m.

 Justice Gallagher, a highly respected appellate jurist, will speak on Protecting the Jury’s Integrity by keeping irrelevant and prejudicial evidence out of the case.  He will also address the “Abuse of Discretion” standard for review.
