Nick Motherway Named LAF Trustee

National Board member Nick Motherway has been named a trustee of ABOTA’s Legislative Analysis Fund. The fund finances the expense of monitoring legislative activity in Washington as reported to the ABOTA leadership by Wil Edington and Associates in order that ABOTA, where appropriate, take public positions on issues affecting trial by jury.
